Parent Note--

This is Dallam 4-H's year to have the Bi-County Stock Show Concession stand. This is our main means of support for our 4-H opperating funds for the next two years. We only get the concession stand every other year, therefore this is our best opportunity to raise money for our 4-H'ers projects, activities, awards, camps and trainings.

We need two voluteers for Consession Stand Chairman, and everyone to volunteer to work shifts. We also need volunteers to help get all of our donors contacted for our supplies for the concession stand.

Chairmen jobs and duties: Organize kitchen, price items, arrange work shifts, set up each day or train someone to set up and clean up at end of each day, decide on menu items (we may already have hamburgers for Friday), count money at end of each day. Balance cash drawer, and other miscellaneous jobs.
